Clwb Peldroed Teigrod Teilo Football Club
The Teigrod Teilo Children's Football Club runs football coaching and teams for children aged between 6 and 14 (Years 2 to 6, primary school and Years 7 - 9 in Secondary school).
We are run on a voluntary basis and always welcome new parents and carers to get involved. This can be by helping out the team of coaches and we actively support parents who are interested in themselves attending a coaching course, or by undertaking some of the organisation and administrative work.
The main coaching session takes place on Monday evenings, between 6 and 8pm at the Astroturf, Ysgol Tregib Llandeilo.
We now have over 100 Registered members – Primary and Secondary School children between the ages of 6 – 14 and we have 6 Teams (Under 13, Under 12, Under 11, Under 10, Under 9 and Under 8 Team)s competing in the Carmarthen League and the Mini League on the Astroturf at Johnstown Leisure Centre.
From September 2009 we have an Under 14, Under 13, and Under 12 Team (11 a side) competing in the Carmarthenshire League, and 4 Teams (U11, U10, U9, U8) in the Carmarthen Mini League. Our long term ambition is to see Teigrod Teilo Teams competing at every age groups from Youth to Under 6.
